Drafting and negotiation of contracts with local partners (commercial partnership agreements, service delivery agreements, shareholder agreements, lease agreements for premises, etc.);
Drafting of legal documentation relating to the creation of companies or branches (statutes, minutes, etc.) and completion of administrative and publicity formalities related thereto;
